Our room was conveniently located near Hualien train station. It was a short walk to the station and there was a city bus stop nearby. the room was spacious and had good facilities like a hot spring bath and local breakfast.
The customer service left much to be desired, as staff were not attentive to clients' needs.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the train station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two big tubs filled with hot spring water to soak in. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable Easter Stay During my Easter stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the readily available private garage and elevator services. the option to soak in a hot spring tub was a nice touch. the location was also convenient, close to the train station and easy access to buses.
Room Needs Improvement the cosmetic issues in the room were quite hard not to notice. the room seemed worn out around the edges with peeling wallpaper and water spots on the ceiling.

The location near the train station was convenient for our Xmas stay. The size of the rooms was impressive, and the hot spring bath in the bathroom was a welcome treat during the cold weather. the staff was helpful in letting us back into our room when we forgot a hat after checkout.
The breakfast was average, and the lack of attention from staff was noticeable. The bathroom without a curtain and a strange layout was uncomfortable.

The family suite was spacious and luxurious, with a private garage and elevator. The bathroom had both a hot spring tub and a regular jacuzzi tub. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was convenient near the train station. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even allowing us back into our room when we forgot something after checkout.
Everything is what i need and want.
